How to be happy

  1. Know that sometimes we don’t get along with people and that’s fine. Just learn how to minimise it.
  2. Be Happier and Kinder in Life Step 1.jpg
Always compliment and be kind to others. The same goes for everyone, just put yourself in their shoes and soon you will be chatting away in no time.
  3. Be Happier and Kinder in Life Step 2.jpg
Notice that if you have a feeling that a fight is rising up, try and be reasonable. Compromise or just have a few minutes to think by yourself. That way you can avoid a fight.
  4. Be Happier and Kinder in Life Step 3.jpg
Remember, what goes around comes around. If you’re nice to people they will be nice back and probably be more helpful if you’re asking for a favour.
  5. Be Happier and Kinder in Life Step 4.jpg
Think. If you are ever in a sticky situation, all you need to do is think.

Simple steps to start better day …

Steps :

  1. Start a Day in a Healthy Way Step 1.jpg
Don’t hit the snooze button. Once your alarm goes off, your sleeping pattern has been disrupted, and when you go back to sleep and then ten minutes later wake up again, you just make yourself feel more tired for the rest of the day. Your body makes patterns in everything, and with sleep, once you wake up in the morning, your pattern has been set.
  2. Start a Day in a Healthy Way Step 2.jpg
Take a shower right after you wake up. If you take a shower right after you wake up, your body gets out of sleep mode and starts the daytime mode. You’re more awake, more alert, and definitely more fit to start your day. It’s also a good idea to clean your body first thing in the morning, so that by the time you start to get dirty or sweaty, or your hair gets oily, you will be up again, and taking another shower.
  3. Start a Day in a Healthy Way Step 3.jpg
Consider exercising in the morning. Many people enjoy waking up in the morning and getting their daily exercise gone and over with. This also sends out endorphins into your body, so positive energy is flowing through you right from the start. In order to be healthy, one must exercise. But, if you really just aren’t a morning person, or don’t like the idea of exercising in the morning, at least get in a little yoga or stretching. This will gear the body up for any activities you might need to do later in the day. Remember to shower after you exercise, though, to prevent smelling and sweatiness at school or work.
  4. Start a Day in a Healthy Way Step 4.jpg
Choose an outfit that reflects well on you as a person and doesn’t disrespect your body. Although it’s not what makes us who we are, it’s important to take into consideration how other people view us. When we dress as if we don’t care about our bodies and don’t respect our boundaries as people, we’re telling the world, ‘Hey, I don’t care about myself. I don’t respect my body,” and that’s no way to make a good impression.
  5. Start a Day in a Healthy Way Step 5 Version 2.jpg
Eat a good breakfast. Breakfast is what fuels our bodies for our entire day and it’s the first thing we put in our bodies during the day. It’s like a first impression. Breakfast, if it’s unhealthy, is a bad impression on you. It affects how your body will work for the day, just as a first impression affects the way someone will treat you until they know you better. Try to eat some whole grains and also try to get in some calcium and protein for breakfast. A healthy person is someone who feeds their body things that their body needs. They don’t feed their body junk food and ice cream, because they know that in order to live life to the fullest, they need a body that works, and works well.
  6. Start a Day in a Healthy Way Step 6.jpg
Try not to rush. Set your alarm so that you can take your time showering, dressing, doing your hair, eating or whatever else you may do. Take some time during these events to think positively about the day ahead of you. Remember, it works if you work. If you think it will be a horrible day, then chances of it being a bad day are higher. Keep your confidence up, and people will respect you, and you will have a chance to respect yourself.
